Undy AFC Seniors Registration 2024/25
All Senior Men's, U19s and Women's players should register using the form below.
Please use this form to register for the 2024/25 season. Completing your details below and paying your registration fee by BACS will allow Undy AFC to register you to play for the Club in any matches this season.
Your information will be held by the club under it's GDPR guidelines & your information will not be held any longer than 12 months unless you request for it to be removed sooner.
Players who have not registered for any club before or are transferring from another club will be sent a Comet registration form.
