​It's our great pleasure to invite you to take part in the 2025 Undy Tournament.

 

U6-U11 (Mixed & Girls categories) will take place on Saturday 7th June and Sunday 8th June 2025. 

U12-U16 (Mixed & Girls categories) will take place on Saturday 14th June and Sunday 15th June 2025.

Entry is now online only using the entry form below and strictly on a first come first served basis.  A place at our tournament can only be secured if full payment is received at the time.  If you book a place and then need to cancel then a refund will only be available if we successfully sell that place in the category.  If the category at the time of booking is full you will be placed on a reserve list should a cancellation occur. A full refund will be made if a place does not become available.

U15/U16 Boys is a combined age group. Categories and pitch allocations are subject to change depending on demand.

​

All categories are based on the current season age groups (2024/25).  This tournament is for grassroots teams playing within an affiliated league, the right to refuse tournament entry is at the sole discretion of Undy AFC.

​

There is no limit on the number of teams you can enter and if you enter more than one team in an age category we will endeavour to place teams from the same club into different groups.

​

Games will take place under Undy AFC Tournament Rules a copy of which will be sent to you prior to the event.

​

All squad members will receive a medal in the U6-U11 categories only. Please note the maximum squad sizes.

​

The U12, U13, U14, and U15/U16 tournaments will be competitive.  The format will be group matches, knockouts, and a final. Trophies and medals will be awarded to the winners and runners-up only. Please note the squad sizes. Full tournament rules will be available on the day.

​

Only players and coaches will be permitted onto the playing area. All spectators must remain behind the barriers around the pitch or in the stand on our main pitch.

​

There will be limited parking at a charge of £5 per car & £10 for minibuses. Unfortunately we can accommodate parking of coaches. Please car share if you can.

​

Please note that it is inevitable that attendees will photograph and video at the matches and we are unable to prevent this happening or control the release of these images on social media.

​

YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE AN ENTRY FORM AND THE PAYMENT PROCESS FOR EACH TEAM YOU WISH TO ENTER.
